This Privacy Statement applies to all individuals whose personal data are collected and processed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the non-application of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”) and the applicable Croatian Law by the CFO Management j.d.o.o. from Zagreb, Brune Bušića 15, OIB: 15055988151 (teaching: Processing Manager).
By publishing this statement, we ensure that the same is available to all respondents whose data we collect, before we actually collect the data. In this way, we ensure that you are legally entitled to receive you as a data subject for the collection and processing of your personal information.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Personal data are all data relating to an individual whose identity is identified or can be identified (a respondent), a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular with data such as first and last name, identification number, location information , a network identifier or with the help of one or more factors that are inherent in the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.
In order to be able to provide our services, we need to collect certain personal information. We only need to collect the information that is necessary to achieve the purpose and at the same time do not jeopardize your privacy.
In the case of using data for marketing or other purposes that do not have a legal basis or do not enter our legitimate interest, we will require your additional written consent.
Depending on how and for what reason you are in contact with us, we may collect the following information:

- Year of Birth (in order to know if you are older than 16 years and therefore legally able to give consent for data processing or if we need parental consent)

The personal information we collect will be used to perform our service or business cooperation with you, and we will collect your personal information in case you contact us for information about our services or for other reasons, provide us with personal information for the purposes of business cooperation with us, Connect with us through social networking. In order to provide you with our services, your personal information is required. In the event that you intend to use your personal information for other purposes, we will obtain your privilege in advance.
We collect and process your personal information to prevent unauthorized activity, respond to your inquiries, contact you with messages related to our business co-operation and are not of a marketing nature for which we must have your special privilege. Your personal information is also required to allow us to share content from our web site in their social media accounts.
In the case of personal data collection of children or persons under the age of 16, such personal data may be the bearer of parental responsibility over the child. The personal data of the child will be collected solely upon the request of the holder of parental responsibility for the child and for the purpose determined by that holder and deleted immediately upon fulfillment of that purpose.
The personal information we collect when we are in business relationship with other companies is the first and last name, e-mail address and phone number of the person we work with within the said company.
HOW LONG DO WE STORE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process and keep your personal information during our business relationship and store them for a period of one year from the date of termination, except in the event of your withdrawal from your data, for which we have no legitimate or contractual basis or legitimate interest.
The child’s personal data will be deleted immediately after the fulfillment of the purpose for which such data will eventually be collected and processed.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data you have entrusted us is collected, used, processed and stored in accordance with European regulations on personal data protection and the laws of the Republic of Croatia. We will ensure that the processed data is accurate and up-to-date and kept longer than the intended storage period. We are committed not to ask irrelevant and unnecessary questions. The information you provide us will only be used for the purpose for which they were collected.
DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We will forward your personal information to third parties only if we have your consent, it is about the fulfillment of our legal obligations, or sharing is necessary to protect your interests or perform the service you have requested. Each third party is obliged to keep your information and use it only for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations or the conduct of our order.
